Innovation and Consolidation of Process: Merging Creativity and Technology​

  • Collaborated - Product Owner - Multi Region & platform for a client - Conducted a comprehensive UI/UX overhaul on the client's website, considering the current market requirements. Additionally, performed research and development on 4-6 platforms on region basis (Category content updates on multiple market place)

 

  • Self-initiated -Template automation - Implementing template automation will result in significant time savings, reducing manual effort by 80%. Moreover, it will enhance productivity by 50% per resource, enabling them to accomplish tasks more efficiently and effectively.

 

  • Self-initiated -Image Editing deliverables – Efficiently managed workload, prioritizing within the TAT and handling BAU volume. Maintained 100% on-time deliverability, resolved backlog in 2 months, and sustained exceptional performance for 2.7 years

 

  • Self-initiated -PDP Enhancement - By introducing an innovative imagery solution, addressed two critical aspects of our business. Firstly, we implemented a scale/weight /size chart system for products, providing accurate information to customers. Secondly, we automated the process of weekly/monthly sales updates for existing live products, reducing manual work by 70%. These improvements significantly increased sales and traction for our targeted categories. Moreover, we emphasized icons and A+ content for both grocery and non-food products, enhancing the overall customer experience and boosting sales in these categories

 

  • Self-initiated -Template design - The implementation of a template design system proved highly effective in boosting the volume of creatives and expediting deliverables. This, in turn, provided customers with increased visibility on their e-commerce platforms and social media channels. By utilizing standardized templates, we were able to streamline the creative process, ensuring prompt delivery of visually engaging content that captured the attention of their target audience across various digital channels

 

  • Self-initiated -Video/GIF Creatives - Introduced short video creatives (less than 10 seconds) to increase visibility and sales of grocery products, considering the limited attention span of today's generation. Additionally, 2D animation was implemented for interactive explanatory videos, effectively showcasing product features and engaging customers

       The implementation was successfully executed across all onboarded client brands

 

  • Self-initiated -Audio/video Explanatory training - On the e-commerce platform, implemented audio and video instructions to educate consumers about the benefits of subscribing, utilizing coupons, and taking advantage of sales and campaigns. Also produced motion graphic videos for platform sellers, offering step-by-step guidance on self-onboarding and optimizing their presence, resulting in a seamless integration process and enhanced utilization of the e-commerce platform
